Fair Treatment in the Criminal Justice System

The criminal justice system, like the criminal records system, contains inconsistencies and outdated rules, regulations and practices. These can act as barriers which make it harder for people with criminal records to move on from crime and live positive lives. We want the law to treat people who have served their sentence as people – not criminals.
