Debbie Sadler

Debbie is Head of Delivery and Programmes.

She is responsible for the development and delivery of all Unlock’s front-line services for people with criminal records. This includes our helpline. website and forum.

She leads our employer consultancy project, Unlock Talent which supports organisations to recruitment people with a criminal record. This includes delivering training, advising employers on specific employment issues or carrying out more indepth consultancy projects.

Debbie has 15 years experience of working in the criminal justice voluntary sector and is considered an expert on criminal record disclosure and the long term barriers of criminal convictions.
